By using the The House of Marketing (THoM) website and its services, you agree to be abide by the Terms of Use. We may update and modify these Terms of Use periodically and by continuing to use the site after the posting of a modification, you accept the modifications. If you object to any terms and conditions of the Terms of Use at any time, you should immediately discontinue use of the site.

1) Use of Site

• The House of Marketing's Marketing Mingle Zone provides registered users with a forum to discuss opinions and includes information, views, opinions, and recommendations provided by many individuals and organizations.
• THoM and its employees and/or sub-contractors and its employees do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information presented on our site. The site may include views, opinions, and recommendations by numerous individuals and organizations. THoM does not endorse the views, nor advocate opinions posted on the website.
• You are responsible for your own views and opinions posted on the web site. The website is designed to offer a platform for exchanging ideas and views on marketing-related topics.
• ThoM does not routinely screen, edit, or review messages posted on the THoM Marketing Mingle Zone or in other areas of the site. However, we do reserve the right to monitor or remove any post, at any time, from the site without notice.
• Registered users should be aware that other registered users may not be who they say they are. THoM does not perform a background check on any of the registered users' aliases. Registered users should also be aware that other registered users may attempt to use the THoM Marketing Mingle Zone and other services for personal gain. Therefore, website registered users should approach messages with appropriate scepticism. Messages posted on the THoM Marketing Mingle Zone and in other areas of the site may be misleading, deceptive, or erroneous. If you disagree with a posting, you may want to post a response. THoM has a policy of allowing THoM Marketing Mingle Zone registered users to discuss issues in a free and open manner, and we will not take sides in disagreements or disputes involving our registered users, so do not ask us to do so. If you believe a message has been intentionally posted in violation of security laws you should contact THoM or the proper instance (see our Privacy Policy ).
• THoM, its employees, its sub-contractors and their employees, and others who provide content to the THoM website may have financial interests in some of the investment vehicles and other goods and services discussed through the service. We do not require our staff or other parties who supply content to the THoM website to disclose such interests.

2) User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Your conduct when using the THoM website should reflect the appropriate respect and consideration for e other users.

  • post inappropriate or off-topic messages.

    THoM reserves the right to disclose any information, including registration data, in order to comply with any applicable laws and/or requests under legal process, to operate its systems properly, to protect the property or rights of THoM, or to safeguard the interests of its audience.

3) Rights to Content on the Site

• The contents of the site are protected by Belgian and international copyright and trademark laws. Visitors to and registered users of the THoM website agree not to alter the presentation, reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, or commercially exploit the information contained on the site in any manner without the express written consent of THoM or the copyright owner of the material to so reproduce, retransmit, or republish the material. All rights reserved.
• The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of THoM appearing on this site may not be used in any advertising or publicity, or any other way to indicate THoM's sponsorship of or affiliation with any product or service, without THoM's prior express written permission.
• Although the THoM website includes links providing direct access to other Internet sites, THoM accepts no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites.
• You agree that by posting information on the THoM website, you grant and assign THoM and their successors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-revocable license to use, distribute, display, reproduce, and create derivative works from such material in any and all media, in any manner, whole or part, without any duty to account to you, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You also grant THoM the right to authorise the downloading and printing of such material, or any portion thereof, by end users for their personal use.

4) Linking to the THoM website

To link to the THoM website, please read and comply with the following. A site that links to the THoM website:

• Must e-mail info@thom.be for permission to link to the THoM website.
• May link to, but not replicate, the THoM website content.
• Should not create a browser or border environment around the THoM website content.
• Should not imply that THoM is endorsing it or its products or services.
• Should not misrepresent its relationship with THoM.
• Should not present false information about theTHoM website content, of THoM products, or services.
• Should not use the THoM logo without permission from THoM.
• Should contain only content that is appropriate for all age groups; should not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive, or controversial.

5) Termination of Access

You agree that we may terminate or suspend your access to the THoM website for any reason. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities are possible grounds for termination. Neither THoM nor any of its employees, and/or its sub-contractors nor any of its employees, shall be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your membership or any claims related to the termination of your membership.

6) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and release THoM, its officers, owners, agents, and any employee from any liability or demand made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the THoM website. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

7) Disclaimer

You expressly agree that use of the THoM website is solely at your own risk. THoM provides the site's services on an "as is" and "as available " basis. THoM expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing statements, THoM does not guarantee that  the THoM website will meet users' requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does THoM guarantee that the results obtained from the service or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from THoM or in the course of using the THoM website shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. 8) Limitation of Liability

THoM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement, resulting from the use or the inability to use the site or messages received or products or services purchased or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, even if THoM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
THoM is providing information and services on the Internet as a benefit and service for all its registered users. THoM makes no representations about the suitability of this information and these services for any purpose.
